Terminex came to my home for suspected termites about a year ago and I unfortunately my home was diagnosed with termites they had eaten the shoe molding in my kitchen. Nick was and is such a dear!!! Since my paranoia level reached a ten because of this issue I am ALWAYS calling for him to come out and make sure they are gone. Nick is ALWAYS prompt and respectful to come and inspect whenever I call with a smile on his face and the ladies at the office are GREAT too!!!! Thank you ALLL!!!

I recently purchased a pair of work boots at the West Bend, WI location. These were the 2nd pair so 50% off. I eneded up having an issue with them after a couple of days so I ended up going back to search out another new pair. While at the store I talked with a manager about my situation & asked if they would take them as a return. She told me to bring them in to see which I did the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when they took them back & then gave the 50% off on the pair I bought the day before. I've always gone to Rogans for my work boots & now I guarantee they have a life long customer.

I contacted terminex and they promptly returned my call and sent a technician out with a few days. They explained all of the procedures thoroughly. The technician was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to do and checked to make sure that ally concerns were resolved. The service was exceptional and I would highly recommend this company for all pest control needs.
